REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing burggeon.com. As a holistic wellness practice, time slots are dedicated exclusively to one client at a time. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets forth the clear guidelines required by our payment gateway partners regarding service modifications and financial remedies.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Windows

Individual Domestic Clients (India): All individual bookings are final. If you need to reschedule or cancel your manual appointment, you must provide written notice via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled time slot.

Individual International Clients: Due to cross-border scheduling constraints, international clients must provide written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Late Notification / No-Show: If you fail to notify us within the windows specified above, or fail to attend the live video session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be marked as a "No-Show." This will result in the immediate forfeiture of your session fee, and no refunds or free rescheduling slots will be provided.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Refunds: If a valid cancellation request is made within the notice windows (24 hours for domestic / 48 hours for international), you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Post-Service Non-Refundability: Once a digital Pranic Healing or Tarot reading session has been conducted and completed, the service is considered fully delivered and is strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued based on a client's subjective interpretation of spiritual or energetic outcomes.
3. Processing of Refunds

Gateway Timeline: All approved refunds will be initiated directly back to the original payment method (e.g., your specific credit card, debit card, or bank account) used during checkout.

Settlement Period: Once initiated, the refund usually takes 5 to 7 business days (for domestic transactions) or 7 to 14 business days (for international cards) to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's internal processing times.

Deductions: Please note that any currency conversion spreads, cross-border transactional processing markups, or international bank handling fees applied during your original transaction are non-refundable and are governed by your financial institution.
