These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the manual booking of individual and corporate Pranic Healing, Tarot Reading, guided meditation, and/ or holistic coaching sessions. By accessing this website or initiating communication through the contact links provided, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Appointment Booking & Reservation Workflow

No Automated Bookings: This website does not feature an automated booking engine or user registration portal.
Manual Scheduling Protocol: To request an appointment, you must contact me directly using the provided WhatsApp link, phone number, or email address.
Time-Zone Alignment: For international clients, all session timings will be explicitly coordinated in writing using a mutually agreed-upon time zone standard (e.g., IST, GMT, EST). It is the client's responsibility to attend the session at the finalized converted time slot.
Confirmation Criteria: An appointment is officially confirmed only after your specific requirements are evaluated, a time slot is selected, and advance payment is cleared.

2. Variable Pricing Policy

Customized Pricing Architecture: Because Pranic Healing and Tarot reading sessions are tailored to individual spiritual and energetic complexities, pricing is variable and depends entirely on your specific requirement.
Pre-Payment Quotation: Base rates are disclosed during initial direct communication. A final, binding price quotation will be provided to you in writing (via email or WhatsApp) before any payment link is generated.
Currency and Exchange Rates: While services are structurally estimated in Indian Rupees (INR), international clients will be invoiced the equivalent amount in their preferred local currency or standard USD. Any independent foreign transaction fees or currency conversion marks levied by the client's local bank are the client's sole responsibility.

3. Payment Terms & Delivery Fulfillment

Invoicing Mechanism: Once a custom price is agreed upon, a secure digital payment link or invoice will be sent directly to your email or WhatsApp number. Payments are processed safely off-site through our authorized gateway partners, supporting local and international Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized wallets.
Pre-Session Settlement: Custom invoices must be paid in full at least 24 hours (for domestic bookings) or 48 hours (for international bookings) prior to the scheduled session. Failure to settle the invoice will result in the automated cancellation of your tentative slot.
Digital Service Delivery: All sessions are delivered purely as live, virtual digital services (via secure video tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp). No physical goods or commodities are shipped. The service is considered fully fulfilled and delivered immediately upon the conclusion of the scheduled live video consultation.
Cancellation and Refunds: All cancellations, rescheduling, and refund parameters for individual sessions are strictly governed by our standalone Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which is accessible via the link provided in the footer of this website.

4. Professional Services Disclaimer & Scope

Nature of Holistic Services: All tarot readings, pranic healing, guided meditations, and holistic coaching sessions - whether conducted for individual clients or corporate groups - are intended strictly for self-insight, personal development, and general wellness purposes.
Non-Medical Framework: These services do not constitute, nor should they replace, professional medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal counseling. The Merchant does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform medical treatments.
Client Responsibility: Information or insights provided during any session should not be used as a standalone basis for critical life, health, or financial decisions.

5. Service Delivery Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Age Affirmation: By reaching out via our communication channels to book a session, you explicitly affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Right to Refuse Service: The Merchant reserves the absolute right to refuse service, terminate an active live session, or deny booking requests to any individual if the request falls outside our professional scope, ethical boundaries, or if the client violates professional decorum.

6. Corporate Sessions & Group Workshops

B2B Contractual Framework: Corporate webinars, B2B workshops, and group organizational wellness sessions are governed by separate master service agreements or custom contractual quotes.
Corporate Cancellation Penalties: Corporate events that are cancelled, altered, or rescheduled less than 7 business days prior to the finalized event date will incur a mandatory 50% cancellation charge of the total quoted invoice amount.

7. Health & Voluntary Participation Waiver

Voluntary Assumption of Risk: By voluntarily participating in any individual session, group workshop, or guided meditation, you agree that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
Fit for Participation: You acknowledge and affirm that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally fit to participate in energetic and meditative practices.
Liability Limitation: The venture, its individual practitioners, and facilitators hold zero legal or financial liability for any perceived lack of results, temporary emotional discomfort, or physical/energetic changes arising during or after a wellness session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content present on this Website, including text, logos, branding, graphics, and course outlines, is the exclusive property of Burggeon. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without explicit written consent.
